Terms and Conditions – Multiships

Article 1 – Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
- Multiships: Multiships ship brokerage, based in [location], registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number [CoC number].
- Client: the natural or legal person entering into an agreement with Multiships.
- Brokerage: the activities performed by Multiships aimed at bringing about an agreement between the client and a third party.
Article 2 – Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotations, and agreements between Multiships and the client. Deviations are only valid if agreed upon in writing.
Article 3 – Brokerage Agreement
Multiships acts as a broker in the purchase and sale of vessels. Multiships is not a party to the final purchase agreement between buyer and seller.
Article 4 – Commission
The client owes Multiships a commission for brokerage services. The amount and conditions of the commission are agreed upon in writing in advance.
Article 5 – Liability
Multiships is not liable for damages resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client or third parties. The liability of Multiships is at all times limited to the amount of the commission.
Article 6 – Applicable Law
All agreements between Multiships and the client are governed by Dutch law.
